Return & Refund Policy

At Fabric Theory, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

• The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
• The product must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
• Fabric that has been cut, washed, or altered is not eligible for return
• Gift cards, sale items, and customized products are non-returnable

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return
2. You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
4. Ship the item back to our warehouse using the provided shipping label or your preferred courier

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired product.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided the order has not been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our return process.
