Delivery Areas
United Arab Emirates (All Emirates)
- Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah
- Delivery time: 1-3 business days
- Shipping fee: AED 25 (Free on orders over AED 300)
GCC Countries
- Saudi Arabia & Qatar: AED 45, free over AED 500 (3-5 business days)
- Kuwait: AED 50, free over AED 500 (3-5 business days)
- Bahrain & Oman: AED 40, free over AED 400 (2-4 business days)
Shipping Carrier
We ship all orders via Aramex, a trusted logistics provider in the region. All shipments include tracking numbers so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 24 hours (business days)
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available for UAE orders only. Please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
Packaging
All fabrics are carefully folded and packaged in protective materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Delivery Issues
If your package is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
